Important Tax Information: All rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars, per room, per night, (meals not included) for single or double occupancy and EXCLUDES applicable taxes and fees (currently 16% Federal Tax, 5% Occupancy Tax, $4.50 USD Municipal Environmental Tax per room per night, and 15% Service Charge). Taxes will be charged on top of the guestroom rate.

Room Occupancy

  • King Size bedrooms: Maximum 2 adults plus 1 child (12 years old or younger)
  • Rooms with two queen beds: Maximum 4 adults

Extended Stay

  • Group rates available for three (3) nights before or after event dates, based on hotel availability.
  • Children 17 years old or younger stay free.

Guestroom Amenities

  • Standard Wi-Fi throughout the resort
  • Fitness center access
  • Daily refreshed bottles of water, coffee capsules, and tea bags in guestrooms
  • Welcome non-alcoholic drink and fresh towel upon arrival
  • 20% discount on massage treatments at Waldorf Astoria Spa during event dates (June 11-14, 2026) and pre/post dates (June 08-11 and June 14-17, 2026)
  • Access for two guests to the Hydrotherapy circuit at Waldorf Astoria Spa during the group dates (June 11-14, 2026)

Booking Policy

  • Individual cancellations are allowed up to 45 days before the main arrival date without penalty.
  • Guests are responsible for full payment of their rooms, which will be charged directly. Any applicable cancellation fees will be charged to the individual.

Important Booking Deadline

Cut-off date for reservations: Friday, April 24th, 2026 or until guestrooms at special rates sell out for the event – whichever comes first. We encourage you to book as early as possible since demand is high, guestroom availability cannot be guaranteed and rates will increase once the room block is filled.

Payment & Confirmation

  • To confirm your room within the group block, a valid credit card and full payment for the entire stay (including taxes) is required.
  • Guestrooms are refundable before April 24.
  • As of April 24, cancellations are not possible without full penalty. Guestroom stays cannot be reduced, cancelled or refunded as of April 24.
  • Credit cards will be charged immediately upon booking for the full length of stay
  • Individuals are responsible for cancellation fees covering the full length of stay
