What is the current refund policy?

The event has a no-refund policy, however ticket exchanges and name changes will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Ticket exchanges and name changes will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The committee reserves the right to charge a transfer fee equivalent to the difference in what was paid and the active registration rate. Please email eoonecanada@eonetwork.org with details of who will be assuming your ticket. (They must be a member or guest of a member.)

What if I have to cancel my trip?

Given the unpredictability of travel, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance. Any cancellations of flights, tickets or hotels will not be covered by the planning committee. We encourage you to transfer your ticket to another interested attendee.

What precautions will the event take to make this event COVID-safe?

Specific information regarding COVID safety protocol will be shared with attendees closer to the date. The planning committee will partner with all venues and vendors to help create safety for all involved in the event.
